How ordering works

No checkout page. No payment portal pretending to be finished. Just a clear, personal order flow.

    Choose a design, size and color from the Shop.

  2. Fill the order form

    Name, phone, country, city and address — we prepare a ready message for you.

  3. Confirm on WhatsApp

    Your message opens in WhatsApp with an order reference. We reply to confirm details and availability.

  4. Printed to order

    Production starts after we both agree. Then it ships — shipping details are confirmed in the same chat.

Your order is not confirmed until we review it with you on WhatsApp. Payment is arranged directly in that conversation — no online payment is processed on this site.

Our story

Every Palestinian home has a pattern

On a grandmother's dress, a cushion, a shawl. A small stitch repeated until it becomes a shape everyone around it recognizes.

DAFA (the word means warmth) carries those patterns into winter. We don't copy traditional garments or claim hand embroidery; we learn from the language of tatreez and redraw it in contemporary lines for hoodies, T-shirts and bags.
